ASEP 100

How to avoid cross contamination in hospitals, clean rooms, nursing homes, healthcare centres and pharmaceutical industry ? The solution exists with the aseptic washing machines known as barrier washers. They were first developed by Danube International in 1984 and since then have been continually improved by our engineers. They provide the perfect solution to prevent cross contamination between soiled and clean linen in laundries. These machines have been specifically designed to be located on either side of a partition wall thanks to their 180° opposite double doors: one door in the dirty room for loading soiled linen, the other in the clean room to receipt the clean one. This system complies strictly with the RABC standard in the best possible working conditions, offering safety, comfort, ergonomics and highly-valued space saving to the operators. Our ASEP100 model, equipped with a 2 compartments drum separated by a Pullman partition, brings every day a greater efficiency in mechanical action of washing and suitable ergonomics for users.
